Create the Drama, Wednesdays in Glen Echo Park

Grades PreK–K

Using children’s stories ranging from familiar fairy tales to modern day youth literature, your child will learn the basics of presenting for an audience, improvising, and acting in character. A fun acting class tailored to young school-aged children, this class begins the crossover from creative drama to dramatic arts. Students will work on classroom skills such as following directions, listening, and working with others and share an informally staged piece with families and friends on the last day of class. No pre-requisite or placement is required for this course.
