Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned performer, ATMTC Academy has a class for you! Explore acting, music, and dance or focus on just one or two disciplines at a time. We meet our students where they are and take them where they want to go.
Classes are twelve weeks and begin the week of September 19, 2021 at Wintergreen Plaza in Rockville.

In Acting I & II, students will learn basic acting vocabulary and improvisation technique, with concentrated work in characterization, monologue, and script analysis.
In Music I & II, students will learn basic music vocabulary, music theory, and healthy vocal technique. They will also be introduced to musical theatre repertoire and group singing.
Stage Combat teaches students how to engage in stage fights safely with additional focus on how to tell a story and stay in character while working on fight choreography.
Ballet I & II emphasize ballet barre technique and floor work to ensure dancing safely and building strength.
Jazz I & II emphasize jazz styles and technique as well as strength and flexibility.
Tap I & II expose students to the joy and rhythm of tap dancing with basic vocabulary and combinations.
The Acting/Music class focuses on introductory training in acting and music including basic vocabulary, character development, and vocal technique.
The Ballet/Jazz class focus is on introductory technique for students transitioning from the Elementary program or with little formal training in dance.
Combo classes are available for grades 5–7 only.
