A: Tickets may be purchased online or by phone at 301.634.2270.

Q: Can I purchase a subscription?

A: We can do you one better. For our repeat customers, Adventure Theatre offers a Flexpass which provides a significant discount that can be used on all Productions. You may schedule your Flexpass tickets like a subscription or you may book your tickets as you need them.

To optimize your Flexpass experience, you must schedule your shows during office hours and should plan ahead for popular dates/times.

Q: How can I tell if a show is appropriate for my child?

A: Our professional productions are for children of all ages (0-99)! If your child can sit through a half-hour TV show, they can generally sit through one of our productions.

On certain productions, we will publish a recommended age based on the reading level of the associated book or the popular age that is associated with that story.

Q: How long are your shows?

A: Our Professional Productions generally last approximately 1 hour. Student Productions may last longer.

Q: What happens if I can’t make the performance? Can I exchange my tickets or get a refund?

A: Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same title up to 48 hours (two-business days) before the performance you are scheduled to attend. Exchanges are based upon availability and may be subject to a fee. ATMTC does not offer credits for missed performances. There are no refunds.

Q: What happens if I am late for a performance?

A: ATMTC understands that sometimes lateness is unavoidable. Each show varies in its ability to late seat. ATMTC Staff will do its best to accommodate any patrons who are late, but it may be recommended that you exchange to a different performance.

Q: I see it says “Sold Out” on your website, would tickets still be available at the door?

A: Great question! Once the show is completely sold out, ATMTC will offer Standby tickets to patrons who are interested. These are available for patrons one hour prior to the scheduled start time for Patrons on-site.

Q: What are “standby” tickets?

A: Due the nature of bench seating, our house may be able to accommodate more people. We are happy to welcome your family to join us for the performance that works for you, and ask you to wait until the ticketed patrons have been seated.
