ATMTC has space available for your next event, class, or presentation! Whether it’s studio space in our Wintergreen Plaza location or theatre space in Glen Echo Park, ATMTC can host a variety of activities/events including: recitals, rehearsals, classes, parties, corporate presentations and more.
Our Theatre Space in Glen Echo Park
All Glen Echo rentals include access to the lobby restrooms and a front desk attendant on staff.
ATMTC Theatre
Our fun and colorful stage is the perfect setting for your upcoming recital, play or event.
- Size: 750 sq. Ft.
- Occupancy: ~130-150
- Hourly Rate: $125 with a four-hour minimum required
- Includes: Dressing rooms, lobby (2 Restrooms), Box Office Table & (2) Chairs. One (1) on-site ATMTC technician to provide (5) lighting looks.
Full Rehearsal Hall
Throw a reception, have a rehearsal or hold a class in ATMTC’s full rehearsal hall.

Large Rehearsal Room
Throw a reception, have a rehearsal or hold a class in ATMTC’s large rehearsal room.

- Occupancy: ~60-80

Small Rehearsal Room
Have a rehearsal or hold a class in ATMTC’s small rehearsal room.

ATMTC Academy Space in Wintergreen Plaza
Wintergreen Plaza rentals include access to the lobby restrooms and a front desk attendant will be on site.

Our largest studio with natural light is the perfect size for your class, rehearsal or even a small recital.

- Occupancy: ~100
- Hourly Rate: $80
- Includes: Tap floor, ballet barres, wall mirrors and Bluetooth capable speakers. Please note that high heeled shoes are not permitted on these floors.
Studio 2
Hold your class or lesson in ATMTC’s second studio with natural light!
- Size: 673 sq. Ft.
- Occupancy: ~60
- Hourly Rate: $50
- Includes: Tap floor, ballet barres, wall mirrors and Bluetooth capable speakers. Please note that high heeled shoes are not permitted on these floors.

Classes and lessons are perfect in ATMTC’s Studio 3.
- Size: 742 sq. Ft.
- Occupancy: ~60
- Hourly Rate: $50
