You can choose the date/time you would like to go see your choice of shows at Adventure Theatre MTC in advance, and we will ensure you are booked in those dates and times.

However, if you wake up one morning and decide you want to see a show, you can e-mail the box office and request that we use (insert # of tickets) for the (insert date/time) show. As long as the show isn’t sold out, you’ll receive a ticketing confirmation, and you’re all set to start heading out the door.

But, do you get an actual bank of tickets?

No, since Adventure hands out stickers as tickets, you don’t actually get physical tickets. You will be added to the will call list and you will pick up your tickets at will call.

So, ok. Now I’m confused. Your tickets are $25, and a Flexpass ticket is $17.50. Is it a trap? Are you going to try to sell me something to make up the difference?

No. Full disclosure, I’m a mother of two, a 5 year old and an 18 month old. So in my example, I will use a family of three, but please adjust as you see necessary for your family. We will choose between:

Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Musical (LIMITED TIME BONUS SHOW!)
She Persisted
‘Twas The Night Before Christmas
Dragons Love Tacos
Charlotte’s Web
The Lightning Thief

As a Flexpass holder, I will likely bring my family of three to Knuffle Bunny, She Persisted, and Dragons Love Tacos. Additionally, I will bring my oldest to ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas when my mother is in town. This means that I have earmarked all 10 tickets out of 10, and already saved $75. I will need to purchase one additional ticket.

Because I have two kids under the age of 5, even if I decide to book Dragons Love Tacos on my child’s birthday to celebrate, they might come down with a cold. Now I have to reschedule. And instead of paying the $2.50 exchange fee per ticket, like I would have if I had purchased single tickets, I’m throwing my tickets back into the Flexpass for free until I’m not dealing with sick kids and can look at my calendar again.

So now, my savings is $80, and that’s if I don’t need to exchange again for the rest of the year.

What if I don’t use all 10? What would I do with my other ticket(s)? Isn’t it wasteful?

My older child can invite a friend or bring one of her grandparents to see a show

I can gift it to a fellow parent who is thinking of seeing a show

What does Adventure get?

Adventure gets the audience. That’s it. We get the commitment to our organization for the season.

What if I want to use it to bring a group?

Totally fine. You want to bring 10 people on one date and time? Get a Flexpass. And if someone doesn’t show up, you can throw those tickets back into your Flexpass to use at later date.

So… what’s the catch?

The “catch” is that you have to use the Flexpass tickets or you lose them. They expire August 31, 2025.

An Adventure Theatre MTC Flexpass a bank of 10 pre-purchased discount tickets to see any production on any date you choose in the 2024–2025 Season.
