Adventure Theatre MTC continues Sunday StoryTimes with Mixing It Up with Erin Quill bringing new light to biracial and multi-racial stories. This week, Erin will interview fellow multi-racial actor Tamlyn Tomita. This second hour of Adventure Theatre MTC’s Storytime double-feature will premiere at 3:30PM ET on Facebook Live this Sunday.
Tamlyn Tomita is an actress and singer. Her return for the third season of Netflix’s hit series Cobra Kai was announced today. Her other recent credits include starring in the EPIX Original Series Berlin Station and a regular on The Good Doctor. Many remember her from Karate Kid 2 and as a fiercely female and formidable Vulcan/Romulan in Star Trek: Pickard. When not acting or singing, she spends countless hours volunteering for diverse communities in Los Angeles and around the world advocating for voting rights and access for all.
Our 2019-2020 season features an amazing team of female directors who are illustrating beautiful works that have never been seen on ATMTC’s stages. We are so excited to bring our perspective and energy to these productions based on familiar and beloved stories. We hope you are too!
