As a nonprofit organization, Adventure Theatre MTC depends on individual donors like you. Your gift supports all aspects of our work from introductory classes and technique-based instruction for school-aged children to summer camps, after school programs, and, of course, high caliber productions on our stage in historic Glen Echo Park.
To truly inspire kids, theatre for young audiences (TYA) must offer the same quality as every other professional theatre. Because more people per family attend a TYA performance, in order to make our professional productions accessible for the greatest number of children, ATMTC keeps all ticket prices well below cost—approximately 40% below cost on a general admission ticket.
In addition, to ensure that every child—regardless of financial ability—can study musical theatre, ATMTC provides approximately $40,000 in need-based and merit scholarships annual. When you give, you help reduce barriers to pursue a career in theater.
The easiest, fastest way to support ATMTC is an online gift through our secure donation page.
You may also mail your check to Adventure Theatre MTC, 7300 MacArthur Blvd., Glen Echo, MD 20812
Or you may contact our Managing Director, Sarah Chapin at schapin@adventuretheatre-mtc.org to make a gift by credit card, set up a monthly (recurring gift), make a pledge, or arrange for a gift of appreciated stock or from your IRA. Melynda can also help you with a gift from your estate.
Many employers match donations to charitable organizations for their employees, retirees, and family members. Employer matching gifts can double your donation to Adventure Theatre. To initiate a matching gift, check with the personnel or human resources department at your employer, and please note it with your gift to ATMTC.
